Fuel Injection Servicing

When you bring your diesel to Berrima, the whole fuel-injection system is set up so your engine runs exactly as it should. A full diesel service takes a day — and you'll feel the difference the moment you drive away.

What a Berrima diesel service includes

• Injectors removed, dismantled, tested and repaired — needles re-seated or new nozzles fitted and hand-lapped for the correct spray pattern.
• Pump timing, fuel loading, aneroid and turbo operation adjusted to factory specification.
• Valve clearances (tappets) checked and set where required.
• Fuel lines, strainers and filtration inspected — with advice on the best filter setup for how you use the vehicle.
• Extensive road testing, so your rig is tuned for real-world conditions, not just a bench.

The result: cleaner running, better fuel economy, more usable power and longer engine life.

Non-EFI, EFI and Common Rail

We service the lot. Older non-EFI engines get injector servicing, pump settings, cold-start and turbo checks. EFI and Common Rail systems add engine-management sensor testing, ECU fault-code reads, emission-system inspection and live diagnostics on our management tester.
